Summary[ | ]
The Spiral is a small jet with a light payload of air-to-ground missiles, cheap and simple it is mass produced by Aerodyne quickly allowing replacement parts or planes to reach the front lines. Being effective enough in its ground attack role as well as its suitability for training new recruits means that Air Command are actively upgrading the base models over several years rather than replacing it once it becomes obsolete. Lacking more advanced flight characteristics, its top speed is limited to 192mhp, which slow compared to most other Aerodyne jets. This is exactly what makes it a perfect trainer. The trainer variant of the craft is unarmed with a dual cockpit and extra training features such as stabilizing canards.
