Due to the characteristics of APS Mortars, the Patch Work's mortars are highly dependent on accuracy to hit, which is what they lack, so they aren't much trouble to deal with. The broadside CRAM Cannons are very low-velocity and are relatively simple to dodge. Overall, given the armament of the Patch Work, being mostly made for anti-ship, it would be easiest to take it down with a flier.
